Step-by-Step Guide

Recover a Forgotten Password

1. Go to https://console.ctrl-hub.com in your web browser
2. On the login page, select Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your Ctrl Hub account
4. Select Continue
5. Check your email inbox for a message from Ctrl Hub containing a temporary Recovery Code
6. Copy the Recovery Code from the email
7. Return to the password recovery page and enter the Recovery Code
8. Follow the prompts to create a new password
9. Confirm your new password
10. Once completed, you can log in using your email address and new password

Change Your Password

1. Log in to https://console.ctrl-hub.com with your current credentials
2. In the top right corner of the page, select your profile icon (a circle with your initials or avatar)
3. From the dropdown menu, select Profile
4. On your Profile page, select Change Password
5. Enter your current password to verify your identity
6. Enter your new password in the New Password field
7. Confirm your new password by entering it again
8. Select Update Password or Save to apply the change
9. Your password has been successfully changed
10. On your next login, use your new password to access Ctrl Hub
