Step-by-Step Guide

Start a Form Submission

  1. From your list of operations, select the operation where you want to start a form submission
  2. When the operation page opens, view the Associated Forms section
  3. Select the form you want to complete (for example, “Service Card”)
  4. Begin populating the form fields with your data
  5. Use the Next button to move between form pages
  6. Fill in all required fields as you progress through the form

Save Your Draft Submission

  1. While filling out a form, if you need to pause before completion, you can close your submission at any time
  2. Your progress is automatically saved as a draft
  3. The submission will appear in the Recent Draft Form Submissions section on your home page
  4. You can return to the submission at any time to continue where you left off
