# Starting a submission

> Learn how to create submissions using the Ctrl Hub mobile app, and save drafts until your are ready to submit.

## Step-by-Step Guide

### Start a Form Submission

1. From your list of operations, select the operation where you want to start a form submission
2. When the operation page opens, view the **Associated Forms** section
3. Select the form you want to complete (for example, "Service Card")
4. Begin populating the form fields with your data
5. Use the **Next** button to move between form pages
6. Fill in all required fields as you progress through the form

### Save Your Draft Submission

1. While filling out a form, if you need to pause before completion, you can close your submission at any time
2. Your progress is automatically saved as a draft
3. The submission will appear in the **Recent Draft Form Submissions** section on your home page
4. You can return to the submission at any time to continue where you left off
